Good morning, friends! January’s box of beauty goodies is all about allowing your radiance to shine and saying goodbye to any self-doubt. I am all about that! Confidence is contagious and one of the best ways to feel great about who you are. 

Inside this Glossybox, there are products from brands that strive to enhance your beauty, not transform you into someone you’re not. Included are:

Sleek Makeup Highlighter Palette: This is a game changer! I use this highlighter each morning and love the radiant results. It contains two baked powders, one cream formula, and one silky shimmer. The five shades are crafted to match each skin tone. 

Avant Skincare Deluxe Hyaluronic Acid Vivifying Face & Eye Night Cream: This anti-aging moisturizer  deeply nourishes and improves dullness with a powerful combination of hyaluronic acid, maris Aqua, and vitamin B3. 

Differin Adapalene Gel 0.1% Acne Treatment: I haven’t used this yet, but I do use an adapalene treatment for acne and boy let me tell you, it’s the only thing that works for me. This one is great since you don’t need a prescription, which mine is. 

 Zea Beauty Wipes: I’ve used theses few times and love how gentle, yet effective they are. Infised with rose hip essential oil, skin gets a powerful dose of antioxidants and vitamins, leaving you feeling radiant. 

Kocostar Lemon Slice Mask: I used this last night and found it very refreshing, especially with the light lemon scent. It’s a mask, but not in the traditional sheet mask sense. It’s actual little “slices” or circles that look like lemons. Each slice is infused with nutrients like eucalyptus tree to deliver intense, yet gentle, buriahment.

Good Morning and happy Tuesday! I'm super excited to talk about one of my favorite beauty subscription boxes, Glossy Box, for the month of September. I don't know about you, but I am a confessed beauty junkie. I always get a giddy as a school girl to try new products out, which makes this subscription box so great. You can try out new products, some full sized and some travel size.

Not only does Glossy Box have their regular monthly box for September, but they also have a special limited edition collaboration box with CEW for the Beauty Insider Awards 2017. Think of it as the Oscars of the beauty awards. This special box contains 7 full sized finalist products. For those of you who do not know, CEW is compromised of over 9,000 members across the U.S., U.K., and France. These are influential professionals driving the conversation around the industry's most game-changing trends and brands. April 2017 Glossybox

Happy Friday, everyone! Another month means another beauty box from Glossybox, a monthly subscription box filled with beauty goodies to delight. Each product in this months box is literally so good. I've used them all and so far I am pleasantly surprised by their results! My favorites are the the matte lip colors from Colourpop Cosmetics. I'm wearing the shade Tuesday in the above photos and love how creamy smooth it is with a highly pigmented color that is 100% kiss proof! Below is a list of what you'll find in April's box.

  1. Doucce Maxlash Volumizer Mascara: This mascara will intensify your lashes with both volume and length. Yes, please! The brush is big and fluffy, which glides though lashes evenly, coating them with a velvet carbon black formula.
  2. Vasanti Cosmetics Birghten Up! Enzymatic Face Rejuvenator: This triple acting formula brightens and breaks down dead skin with papaya enzyme, exfoliates with micro-crystals to help smooth your skin's surface, and cleanses with an aloe-enriched cream gel. As I get older, I definitely notice my skin becoming dull and need formulas like this one to keep my skin looking fresh. I read that if you are in your 20s, you should exfoliate twice a week. If you are in your 30s, then you should exfoliate three times a week.
  3. Colourpop Cosmetics Ultra Matte Lip: As I said above, this was my favorite product from the box. The colors are highly pigmented, 100% kiss proof, and have a creamy texture with a matte finish. It glides on smooth and leaves a bold look. Love!
  4. Beauty Shampoo And Conditioner: The Beauty Shampoo and Conditioner work with all hair types and is safe for everyday use and for color-treated hair. I noticed immediately how soft and smooth my hair was after using these, plus they smell great!
  5. Vince Camuto Ciao Eau De Parfum: Ciao celebrates the spontaneity and energy of the modern woman's lifestyle. With notes including Italian Mandarin, rose, jasmine, Indonesian Patchouli, and Glowing Amber, that is sure to become your new favorite!
  6. Aromafloria For Feet's Sake Intense Repair Spa Foot Butter: I put this on after I got out of the shower and then went to bed. The next day my feet were so soft! A must for sandal season. This combines shea butter, vitamin E, tea tree and mint, leaving skin moisturized and feeling fresh.

I hope everyone has a beautiful and lovely Easter weekend spent with family, loved ones, and friends! I can't wait for little Ava to find her Easter basket from the bunny. I'm so excited to watch her explore for it this year.

Hello and happy Thursday! Things have been crazy busy for me lately, which makes me appreciate these monthly beauty boxes from Glossy Box even more. For a busy mom on the go, these are essential for getting some beauty goodies! Below is a list of what's included for March and some details about them. I'm personally loving the Rose Eye Shadow Palette from Catrice Cosmetics. You know I'm a sucker for anything rose gold inspired!

Never Stop Dreaming

This one is for the dreamers. Last night was the 74th Golden Globes awards show. Did anyone else watch it?? I love awards season. I seriously get as giddy as a school girl watching these shows, haha! There were so many great moments, especially if you love tv and movies and get all of the little inside jokes. Congrats to La La Land for winning all 7 of their nominations. They are now the most awarded film in Golden Globes history! I was clapping so hard. It's exciting when a film genre, movie musicals, that isn't as popular anymore gets all of the awards. Oh my, Emma Stone and Ryan Gossling too. Need I say more?! Both of their acceptance speeches for the movie had me feeling some kind of wonderful. Emma's resonated so strong with me.

 I had made my New Years goal earlier in the day when I was thinking of my #glossygoal for their January campaign. I came up with "Never Stop Dreaming." My dad gave me a mug for Christmas with that phrase on it and I kept thinking about it since then. My dad has always been one of my biggest supporters to chase after my dreams and its a goal I want to teach Ava about when she gets older. During Emma's acceptance speech later that night she said, "this is a film for dreamers, and I think that hope and creativity are two of the most important things in the world and that's what this movie is about." So to 2017, I plan to never stop dreaming of all that can be possible in this life. To peruse those dreams and to never give up. To always have hope for a better tomorrow.

I'm just one of those people that needs some color on my face or it looks flat. The blush smoothed onto my skin and soaked right in. It was such a breeze to blend in. Definitely a new favorite.
